We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages & Issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at help@saintslegacy.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and work to make it right.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Please note: pre-order and made-to-order items require extended production and shipping times (

15 - 30 business days). By placing a pre-order, you agree to this timeline and understand that cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted.

Responsibility for Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Saints Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
