We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. -
Order Processing

In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 4 business days.

Pre-order / Made-to-order items: Please allow 15 - 30 business days for production and shipping. These items are handcrafted and created especially for you.

Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your country’s customs and postal service.

Pre-order & Made-to-order Items

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this timeline.

Chargebacks initiated before the 15 - 30 business days period has concluded are considered premature and subject to dispute reversal.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. -
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. -
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. -
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. -
No P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address. -
Delivery & Package Responsibility
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saints Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
