By signing up for text messages from Saints Legacy, you agree to receive messages regarding updates, promotions, and your orders. In addition, you agree to Postscript’s Messaging Terms of Service and Messaging Privacy Policy, which can be found here:

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 21 – PREORDERS / MADE TO ORDER

By placing a preorder (“made to order”), you acknowledge and agree:

  • Preorder items take15 - 30 business days for processing and shipping.

  • Chargebacks initiated before the 30 business day period ends are premature and may be disputed.

  • Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.

SECTION 22 – SHIPPING POLICY (SUMMARY)

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Allow 2–4 weeks depending on destination/customs.

  • Tracking numbers provided after shipping.

  • Saints Legacy is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

SECTION 23 – DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Saints Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a secure delivery location.
